Our Community Involvement

Kevin P. Reilly, Owner/President of Alexandria Hyundai in Virginia, was selected by the Washington Area New Auto Dealers Association (WANADA) to receive the Northwood Dealer Education Award for 2009.

For the past 39 years, Northwood University has recognized individuals in the retail auto industry who have made noteworthy contributions to education, public or private, at any level, inside or outside the automobile business.

Mr. Reilly is a graduate of Georgetown University, and holds a law degree from the University Of Virginia School of Law, and an MBA from Duke University. He has been WANADA’s spokesperson to the Washington Regional Alcohol Program’s (WRAP) Sober Ride campaign on St. Patrick’s Day, which has significantly reduced the number of drunk drivers on the roads during this holiday.

In Addition, Mr. Reilly has been a consistent supporter of education in Alexandria and has received the Hopkins House “Heart of Community” Award for his contributions to the City of Alexandria.
